Client Portal
Our secure Client Portal allows agents, landlords and owners to access compliance reports, fact sheets, portfolio summary reports, photographs and many other documents in real time 24/7 from anywhere in the world and from any device. Mobile apps are included FREE for ease of access on mobile devices including Apple and Android. Users can also choose to activate portal content notifications, and set preferences to when and how they are notified of new documents being added to their portal area. Some agents use this as an alternative to receiving emails of reports when jobs are completed.
24/7 Tenant Support
Information, advice and support, including outside hours faulty call outs. This initiative drastically reduces the number of unnecessary calls and emails fielded by your office, saving you invaluable time and resources. Properties remain safe and compliant with tenants both educated and confident with compliance requirements. Tenants are also supplied with information statements left at the properties following every inspection.
Entry Notices Issued
We issue all Form 9 Entry Notices to your tenants, strictly in accordance with RTA guidelines and typically seven days prior to the inspection date, saving your office valuable time and resources. Copies of all entry notices are emailed to your office and are available for viewing and download in our Client Portal.
Outside Hours Availability
We have inspection times available outside business hours, exclusively to ensure that those few properties that can fall through the cracks due to key issues, unrestrained animals, shift workers etc, do get complied within the legally required time frames. This ensures that landlords are always getting best value for their money.
Automatic Renewals & Reminders
Automatic service renewals and expiring smoke alarm reminders to ensure properties are covered and compliant at all times. We track every detail of every property we service so you and your landlords can focus your time and resources on other things. Same Day Urgent Job Guarantee
We are the only specialist compliance business based locally in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area. This means that we are always available at short notice and typically no more than 30 minutes from your office. We offer ‘Same Day Urgent Job Guarantee’, provided the job is received no later than 1pm. In many cases we will still be able to fit urgent jobs in after 1pm the same day.
FREE Water Meter Reads
Let us deal with the mud, cane toads, spiders, ants nests etc. We will automatically read the water meter at all vacant properties, whilst conducting a legally required compliance inspection under one of our paid services. This will be noted on the Property Maintenance and Compliance Report, with photos available via our online Client Portal. There is absolutely no charge for this whatsoever.
